Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Sealed wax/packs must be unopened, and graded cards must still be in their original certified holder.
Not returnable
Opened wax/packs, graded cards removed from their holder, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Shipping cost
Free if the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item). Otherwise, the customer covers return shipping.
Refund
Once we receive and check the item (3–5 business days), refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Free anytime before an order ships.
